Implant Restorations: From replacement of a single tooth to full mouth reconstructions, there are many options available. The design and choice of restoration will be discussed and explained. There are always 2 or 3 options to restore a particular situation and the Patient can choose for example a: fixed restoration, removable Bridge like solution or an Implant supported denture. "Same day teeth" If the Bone Quality is good enough the option of Fitting a fixed (temporary) Bridge at the same time when placing the Implants exists. That means: Removal of the damaged teeth, placement of the Implants and fitting of a fixed Bridge. No denture is needed and no downtime "without teeth". Then the gum can heal and a few months later the definitive restoration can be fitted. |
